ReturnToWorkSA is continuing a review of the Impairment Assessor Accreditation Scheme (IAAS) and Performance Monitoring Framework (PMF). This is to ensure that both the IAAS and PMF are positively contributing to a whole person impairment assessment process that provides consistent, objective and reliable impairment assessments.
Phase one of the review occurred in late 2023 where we received feedback from a variety of groups on the existing IAAS and PMF, including impairment assessors, medical associations, employer groups, unions and the Minister’s Advisory Committee. Thank you to those who provided feedback which has been considered.
