Dear Self-Insured employer,
The purpose of this communication is to inform you about changes relating to the provider, PIA Reporting Pty Ltd and the impact to Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) impairment assessments.
PIA Reporting Pty Ltd has advised,
- they are not accepting any further NIHL impairment assessment appointments
- all existing appointments for Dr Fagan, Hunter and Corlette have been cancelled
- Assessment reports will be completed for any assessment that has been recently conducted.
Because of the recent change in circumstance, ReturnToWorkSA are requesting that the self-insured employer proceeds to support their worker to select a new accredited assessor from the public list of accredited assessors which can be found here.
