Safe Work Australia is proud to launch a new interactive data website, https://data.safeworkaustralia.gov.au.
The data website allows you to explore work health and safety and workers’ compensation data collected by Safe Work Australia on work-related fatalities, injuries and illnesses.
Website users can now create their own charts and tables to explore insights into WHS data by industry, occupation, year, and mechanism of injury in an intuitive, user-friendly way.
There are a range of dashboards available for users, by industry and topic:
• The National Return to Work Survey
• Traumatic Injury Fatalities
• The National Dataset for Compensation-based Statistics (NDS)
• Agriculture
• Road transport
• Mining
• Construction
• Healthcare and social assistance
• Manufacturing, and
• Quad bike fatalities.
Users can find and interpret the data they need to discover new insights that tell their story.
